Reservation Form for Guest suites and Party rooms.
Guest suites are $35.00 per day.
The Hillsview Tower Party Room on the lobby level of the Tower is $45.00 per day.
The Recreation Centre party room located adjacent to the pool is $45.00 per day.

Please note that all Party rooms require a refundable $250.00 damage deposit and a $50.00 cleaning deposit (if no cleaning is required will be returned also) and must be paid after your request is approved. Rental of these facilities is subject to approval by the Board of Directors. The Property Manager will determine whether the monies are to be refunded after the party upon the recommendation of the Superintendent. Residents must agree to abide by the rules of conduct described Here, and assume responsibility for their guests. The resident must
attend the party and may not rent on behalf of others.
