Parking control

Currently we are using a company called "Murray & Murray" for Parking Control they can be called at any time to report an unauthorized vechicle parked in your space. (613) 228-7715
To register a visitor's vechicle for overnight parking (2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.) Please call (613) 228-7715 or use the online registration at www.mmpcs.com and then click the "registration" link
Remote garage door opener
The cost for a remote garage door opener is $50.00
because of the security system in use at Hillsview Place only remote's issued by us will work.
If you wish to obtain one simply inform the office 744-3598 or by e-mail

Pet rules
Stray cats and dogs are against the rules! Also, pets are not allowed in the children’s playground.
All pet owners must respect the “poop and scoop” rule .
All pets must be leashed when taken for a walk outside. Your pets must also be muzzled if 25 pounds (11.34 kilograms)
Pets weighing more than 25 pounds are not allowed in the Tower.
Tower pets must be 'leashed and muzzled' or 'carried' when on the inside common elements.

Garbage and recycling
For Garden homes pick-up is on Mondays Please wait untill after 7:00 p.m. to put out your garbage.
Recycling:one week is for Black box and the next is for Blue box
Leaf and yard waste is every 2 weeks (until mid-Oct) and is same week as Blue box recycling.
Reminder that large appliances will not be picked-up you must arrange for pick-up at your cost, the office has a list of companies that will do this for you 744-3598.
Renovations
Because the Electrical wiring and Plumbing are the responsibility of the Corporation any changes must be approved by the Board of Directors. In fact as most renovations touch some part or element that the corporation is responsible for it is Important to contact the Board of Directors for approval before you begin any renovations.

Mondays: 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday thru Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
