The Hillsview Place website is looking for any Photo's that you may have to use on the website for everyone to enjoy! If you have any photo's either in "Digital" format or actual Photo's please feel free to submit any of them that you feel others would like to view.

Before you submit any photos!

we need to inform you of the legal side of your submissions.

All photos if posted on the website are viewable by anyone using the Internet, this raises concerns for some individuals as any photo that can be viewed on the website can also be taken by any individual using the Internet Because of the Internet's "Open" nature (and Lawyers) we must inform you that before any photo is submitted that you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Once a photo is submitted it becomes the property of Carleton Condominium Corporation #17, if submitted from an original photograph it will be scanned and the original returned to the owner, the digital scan will become the property of CCC #17.
2. You must be the owner of the Photograph as you are giving CCC#17 the rights to use the Photograph .
3. Photographs may be cropped, resized or altered to meet the needs of the website and its design.
4. All Photographs submitted will be considered Anonymous and no credit will be given for any particular photograph to any individual .
5. If your photo contains any individuals it is requested that your obtain permission to post the photos by informing the Individuals of your intent, the website will remove or crop any photos that cause any individuals cause for concern.
6. Not all photographs submitted will be used, those that are not used will be retained for possible use at a later time, photographs that are chosen will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Use one of these methods to submit your photos

1. If you have original photos that you would like to submit for use on the website contact the Property Manager this will ensure a timely return to you, please include any names or general information about the photo and when it was taken.
   
2. If your Photographs are in the "Digital" format you may wish to submit them from a media source such as a "CD" or "Diskette", if this is the case contact the Property Manager, this will ensure a timely return to you, please include any names or general information about the photo and when it was taken.
